Sessions
Are designed to be 15 minutes of ‘Fun’, but challenging activities, that help contribute to the recommended goal of 60 minutes of physical activity per day, for children aged 5 – 12.
Fitness / FMS
Children improve their daily fitness levels, while developing their fundamental movement skills (FMS), ensuring positive educational and personal outcomes.

Our sessions are easy to implement ensuring reduced workloads especially for Teachers, while aiming to build their confidence to implement and conduct future physical activity sessions.

Bio: Active Andy is always on the move—and he’s here to make sure you are too! From lunges to ladder drills, Andy’s workouts are packed with variety, fun, and high-energy vibes. He’s the master of mixing it up, keeping routines fresh and your motivation sky-high. With Andy, every session feels like a celebration of movement!
